§ 38. Materiały stosowane do wytwarzania zbiorników lub elementów powinny byç poddane kontroli u wytwarzającego przez organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego podczas badania budowy, o którym mowa w § 46, w zakresie zgodności z wymaganiami określonymi w rozporządzeniu i dokumentacji technicznej, o której mowa w § 35 ust. 1.
§ 39. Organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego wykonuje następujące rodzaje badań technicznych:
