§ 61. Rewizja zewnętrzna, o której mowa w § 57 ust. 1 pkt 3, polega na wykonaniu zewnętrznej oceny wizualnej zbiornika w miejscach dostępnych oraz sprawdzeniu działania jego osprzętu i automatyki zabezpieczającej oraz zapisów, o których mowa w § 66 pkt 2. Rewizję tę moźna przeprowadziç w ruchu lub podczas postoju zbiornika.
§ 62. 1. Przeprowadza się następujące rodzaje badań doraênych, o których mowa w § 39 pkt 5:
1) eksploatacyjne — w przypadku stwierdzenia niewłaściwego stanu zbiornika oraz zakończenia jego modernizacji lub naprawy,
2) po niebezpiecznym uszkodzeniu zbiornika lub nieszcz ęśliwym wypadku związanym z eksploatacją zbiornika,
3) kontrolne.
2. Zakres badań doraênych ustala organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego.
3. Badania doraêne eksploatacyjne, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 1, wykonuje się na wniosek eksploatującego, z zastrzeźeniem § 73, w przypadku:
1) naprawy lub modernizacji zbiornika oraz wymiany jego elementów,
2) wymiany lub naprawy urządzeń zabezpieczających przed wzrostem ciśnienia,
3) wymiany urządzeń zasilających na urządzenia o innych parametrach lub innej charakterystyce,
4) nieszczelności ścianek zbiornika,
5) zmiany połączeń określonych w schemacie, o którym mowa w § 37 ust. 1 pkt 1,
6) przekroczenia dopuszczalnych parametrów pracy zbiornika,
7) wystąpienia innych okoliczności, ustalonych przez organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego.
4. Badania doraêne kontrolne, o których mowa w ust. 1 pkt 3, przeprowadza się u eksploatującego w ramach nadzoru i kontroli przestrzegania przepisów o dozorze technicznym.
§ 63. Zbiorniki o pojemności do 2,5 m3 objęte są dozorem technicznym uproszczonym, zbiorniki o pojemności powyźej 2,5 m3 do 15 m3 — dozorem technicznym ograniczonym, a zbiorniki o pojemności powyźej 15 m3 — dozorem technicznym pełnym.
