§ 77. Zbiorniki, dla których próba szczelności lub rewizja zewnętrzna zakończone zostały wynikiem negatywnym, powinny byç wycofane z uźytkowania albo, jeźeli jest to technicznie i ekonomicznie uzasadnione, poddane odpowiedniej naprawie lub modernizacji i ponownie przedstawione do badań.
§ 78. Zbiorniki, których proces wytwarzania rozpoczął się przed dniem wejścia w źycie rozporządzenia, mogą byç do dnia 31 grudnia 2002 r. zgłaszane do organu właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego. Przepisy § 74 i § 77 stosuje się odpowiednio.
§ 79. Rozporządzenie wchodzi w źycie po upływie 14 dni od dnia ogłoszenia.
