Rozruch Bloku przeprowadzany przez Wykonawcę obejmuje prace prowadzące zarówno do uzyskania pełnej sprawności bloku, jak również do zapewnienia spełnienia parametrów, które zostały określone w Umowie (próby instalacji). W celu rozróżnienia rozruchu wykonywanego przez Zamawiającego (Operatora) w trakcie eksploatacji komercyjnej Bloku, termin „rozruch” używany w niniejszej Instrukcji będzie dotyczył procesu pierwszego uruchomienia instalacji zbudowanej i zmontowanej przez Wykonawcę w ramach Umowy z Zamawiającym.
Instrukcja ta stanowi dokument wyjściowy i będzie systematycznie uzupełniana o formularze, programy i instrukcje szczegółowe niezbędne do dokumentowania czynności rozruchowych pojedynczych podzespołów i układów procesowych Bloku. Dla potwierdzenia wypełniania warunków gwarancji zastosowane bedą dodatkowe procedury i Instrukcje .
