§ 56. 1. Badania odbiorcze, o których mowa w § 39 pkt 3, polegają na przeprowadzeniu pierwszej po badaniach sprawdzających rewizji zewnętrznej, na miejscu zainstalowania-ustawienia zbiornika, oraz:
1) sprawdzeniu kompletności wymaganej dokumentacji,
2) wykonaniu próby szczelności wraz z osprzętem, jeźeli próba taka jest wymagana.
2. Pozytywny wynik badania odbiorczego stanowi podstawę do wydania decyzji zezwalającej na eksploatację zbiornika.
§ 57. 1. Przeprowadza się następujące rodzaje badań okresowych, o których mowa w § 39 pkt 4:
1) rewizję wewnętrzną,
2) próbę szczelności,
3) rewizję zewnętrzną.
2. Badania okresowe zbiorników powinny byç przeprowadzane z częstotliwością określoną w załączniku do rozporządzenia.
3. Terminy badań okresowych wyznacza się od daty zakończenia badania odbiorczego.
4. Na uzasadniony wniosek eksploatującego rewizja wewnętrzna lub próba szczelności mogą byç przeprowadzone przed wyznaczonym terminem ich przeprowadzenia, pod warunkiem źe termin ten zostanie uzgodniony z organem właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego z 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem.

7. Eksploatujący lub działający w jego imieniu powinien przygotowaç zbiornik do badań okresowych, w sposób określony przez organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego.
§ 58. 1. Rewizja wewnętrzna, o której mowa w § 57 ust. 1 pkt 1, polega na wizualnej ocenie stanu ścianek zbiornika, ich połączeń, wzmocnień oraz wyposaźenia.
2. Organ właściwej jednostki dozoru technicznego w uzasadnionych technicznie przypadkach moźe poleciç uzupełnienie rewizji wewnętrznej lub zastąpiç oględziny wewnętrzne innym badaniem, które pozwoli oceniç stan techniczny zbiornika.
