Główne zadania na stanowisku:
- Reprezentowanie LOT podczas współpracy z japońskimi władzami lotnictwa cywilnego, władzami portu lotniczego NRT, miejscowymi strukturami STAR Alliance, innymi liniami lotniczymi oraz dostawcami usług lotniskowych
- Nadzór nad wykonywaniem operacji LOT w porcie lotniczym NRT oraz obsługą przez miejscowych usługodawców
- Monitorowanie lokalnego rynku usług lotniskowych w NRT, inicjowanie zmian umów z miejscowymi usługodawcami oraz udział w negocjacjach tych umów
- Inicjowanie zmian standardów oraz procedur obsługi lotniskowej operacji LOT w NRT
- Współpraca ze służbami rezerwacyjnymi LOT oraz agentami sprzedaży w celu zapewnienia przewozu pasażerów i ładunków cargo rejsami LOT do/z NRT
